Paneer Sliders with Avocado Mint Salsa

Ingredients:
1 pkg Tre Stelle® Paneer cut into 8- 1/2” thick slices 2 tbsp canola oil Salsa 1 avocado, peeled and roughly mashed 1 medium tomato, finely chopped 1 spring onion, finely sliced 1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped juice of one lime salt and freshly ground black pepper 8 slider buns, toasted
Instructions:
Place Paneer in a medium bowl and drizzle with oil to coat evenly In a large non-stick skillet on medium heat, sauté Paneer until golden all all sides; remove from heat Place 1 slice of Paneer onto each toasted bun, top with teaspoonful of salsa; secure with toothpick if desired
