Paneer Slider - Greek Style

Ingredients:
1 pkg Tre Stelle® Paneer cut into 8 - 1/2” thick slices 2 tbsp olive oil 1 egg, beaten 3/4 cup panko crumbs 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried oregano pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup prepared tzatziki sauce 1 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced 1/4 cup sliced black olives 8 slider buns, toasted
Instructions:
In a medium bowl combine panko, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Dip Paneer slices into beaten egg and then into panko crumbs. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Paneer and cook on all sides until golden; set on a paper towel to drain. Assemble sliders starting with Paneer on the bottom, tzatziki, red onion and black olives; secure with toothpick if desired.
