Kid-Friendly Mascarpone Truffles

Ingredients:
4 oz milk chocolate 4 oz table cream 1 1/2 cup cookie or cereal crumbs 135 g mascarpone cheese
Instructions:
Over a double boiler, melt chocolate and cream together. When fully combined, remove from the heat and mix in the crumbs and cheese. Chill overnight in the refrigerator. Using a small spoon or ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of the chocolate mixture. Roll briefly in your hands before rolling them in a topping to decorate. Use sprinkles, cookie crumbs, chocolate or anything else that would coat nicely.
