Creamy Arla Dofino® Havarti Shooters
A wonderfully unique way to serve this portable appetizer. We’ve dressed ours with teardrop red peppers found in the self-serve deli at your grocer.

Makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
1 tbsp | 15 mL butter 1 tbsp | 15 mL all purpose flour 1 tsp | 5 mL Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp | 2 mL Worcestershire sauce 2 cups | 500 mL milk 1 pkg | 250 mL Arla Dofino® Creamy Havarti Cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp | 2 mL granulated garlic 1/2 tsp | 2 mL ground white pepper pinch salt 1 tbsp | 15 mL Ice wine
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add flour and stir until flour begins to brown - approximately 3 minutes. Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Add milk and whisk constantly until mixture begins to thicken – approximately 5 – 7 minutes. Add Havarti Cheese and continue to whisk until cheese melts. Add garlic, white pepper and salt. Remove from heat and stir in ice wine. Pour into shooter glasses and serve with assorted crudités on a toothpick for dipping
