Cheese in Clovers
Increase slices of peppers to 2”, place a tomato slice in each before the egg.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter (optionally use coconut oil or cooking spray) 1 large bell pepper cut into 4 – 1 ½” rings 4 large eggs salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste ¼ cup Tre Stelle® Crumbled Feta or Tre Stelle® Mozzarella, shredded
Instructions:
Add butter to skillet and melt over medium heat Add green pepper rings and sauté until pepper begins to soften slightly Break and egg into each ring Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper Top with equal amounts of Mozzarella or Feta Cheese Cover skillet with lid and cook eggs to your preference
