Prosciutto Wrapped Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Bites
A contemporary take on Italian antipasto. Baking these little bites intensifies the flavour!

Makes 24 bites
Ingredients:
24 pieces 1 1/2” cubes of cantaloupe 24 pieces fresh small sage leaves 1 tub | 200 g Tre Stelle® mini mini Bocconcini 8 slices prosciutto, cut into thirds
Instructions:
Place a sage leaf on top of each Bocconcini and wrap with prosciutto and place on a cube of cantaloupe fastening with a toothpick. Alternatively for a more intense flavour, place bites on a baking sheet and bake in a 375ºF (190ºC) preheated oven for 8 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Remove from oven and then place on cubes of cantaloupe fastening with toothpick.
