Cajun Fish Tacos
If you can't find corn tortillas, flour tortillas are just as tasty!

Ingredients:
1 lb white fish filets, cut into 2” strips 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tbsp | 15 mL olive oil 4 small tortillas (flour or corn), warmed 1 avocado, sliced 3/4 cup | 139 g Tre Stelle® Feta, crumbled garnishes like shredded lettuce, pickled or fresh red onion, salsa, fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning onto all sides of fish. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry in 2 batches until golden brown and easily flaked with a fork, 5 to 6 minutes. Divide fish between tortillas, add avocado slices, Feta Cheese, and your favourite toppings. Makes 4 tacos.
