Tre Stelle® Tiramisu for Two!

Instructions

• • Add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract to a medium bowl and whip until thick.
  • Add the Mascarpone and beat until incorporated.
  • Set aside; or refrigerate until ready to use.
  • In a small bowl combine the coffee with the coffee liqueur.
  • In two martini or parfait glasses (or alternatively use dessert bowls), place four lady finger halves into the bottom of each.
  • Drizzle ¼ of the coffee mixture on top of the lady fingers in each glass.
  • Spoon ¼ of the Mascarpone mixture on top and repeat with remaining ladyfingers ending with Mascarpone mixture on top.
