Instructions
In a medium bowl combine panko, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Dip Paneer slices into beaten egg and then into panko crumbs.
Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add Paneer and cook on all sides until golden; set on a paper towel to drain.
Assemble sliders starting with Paneer on the bottom, tzatziki, red onion and black olives; secure with toothpick if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
