Overnight oatmeal in a jar

A creamier, denser, more flavourful oatmeal made with protein rich Ricotta Cheese. The jar makes it portable for an easy, grab and go breakfast.
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined.
Spoon into a jar and secure with lid.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours before eating.
Chocolate Peanut Butter: Add 2 tablespoons each of peanut butter and cocoa; garnish with chocolate chips or chopped peanuts if desired.
Berry Cheesecake: Add 1 cup of cubed fresh strawberries or whole blueberries tossed with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice: garnish with additional blueberries or sliced strawberries if desired.
Apple Pie: Add 1 cup of cubed fresh apples tossed with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of cinnamon: garnish with toasted sliced almonds if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
