Tre Stelle® Mozzarella Pizza Margherita

Instructions

• • Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC)
  • Sprinkle a round 12” pizza pan with cornmeal. If using fresh dough press into pan.
  • Arrange tomatoes and garlic on top of crust, sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper, Mozzarella slices, Parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until crisp and bubbly.
  • Alternatively if using prebaked crust, top as directed above and cook according to package directions.
  • Remove from oven and top with a drizzle of olive oil and basil leaves.
• Serve and enjoy!
