Hearts of Palm Salad with Tre Stelle® Feta

Thanks to our blogger for coming up with this unique recipe using hearts of palm.
Instructions
Preparation: Break the Tre Stelle® Traditional Feta Cheese into ¼” pieces. Mince the garlic clove. Drain and cut the hearts of palm into 1/4 slices. Core and finely slice the Red Anjou pear. Finely slice the green onions. Finely chop the fresh chives.
In a small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon, maple syrup, salt and garlic; whisk until combined.
Divide arugula between four salad plates; top equally with hearts of palm, pear slices and Tre Stelle® Traditional Feta Cheese.
Sprinkle with green onions and chives.
Drizzle dressing on top of each salad and serve.
Serve and enjoy!
