Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients: 1 pkg | 200 g Tre Stelle® Halloumi Cheese into thin slices; 1 large or 2 small naan bread; 2 tbsp basil pesto; ½ cups Tre Stelle® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese; ½ red onions, thinly sliced; 2 tbsp capers; 1 small red chilli, seeds removed and thinly sliced; ¼ cups Italian parsley, chopped; drizzle of olive oil as a finisher (optional)

Instructions

- Preheat oven to broil
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment
- Brush with pesto, top with Mozzarella Cheese, Halloumi, red onion, capers and red chilis
- Carefully broil until golden; remove from oven and top with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil
- Slice and serve
