Caprese Salad with Tre Stelle® Bocconcini

The epitome of Italian gastronomy is the Caprese Salad. The key is to use only the freshest ingredients and your best olive oil. Don’t forget the crusty bread to soak up all it’s goodness!
Instructions
On a medium platter, alternate and overlap the tomato slices with the Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Medallions.
Randomly arrange basil leaves on top; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
(Alternatively, tuck large basil leaves between layers of tomato and Bocconcini)
Serve and enjoy!
