#trestellekitchenhack: Cook Paneer with a pre-made Butter Chicken Sauce from supermarket
Instructions
In a blender or food processor combine all of the marinade ingredients together and process until smooth.
Pour onto Paneer cubes and cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Add butter to a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Add Paneer and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the tomato purée, sugar and salt; simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Stir in the cream and remove from heat.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
Serve and enjoy!
